How long does delivery take?

Orders received by 12:00 are handed over to the carrier the same business day, otherwise the next business day. GLS delivers within 24-48 hours of dispatch. See Shipping for details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 79 Kč and it is free on orders from 1 500 Kč. The price is always shown at checkout before payment.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available for an extra fee of 30 Kč. You can also pay by card online. See Payment.

How can I return an item?

You have 14 days for the statutory right of withdrawal, plus an additional 100 days for commercial returns. Write to us at info@noleacollective.com with your order number. Details in Returns and Refunds.

How do I claim a faulty item?

Goods are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty. You will find the procedure in the Warranty.
