Payment

1. Accepted methods

• Payment card. Visa, Mastercard. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) directly on the checkout page.
• Cash on delivery. Payment to the carrier on delivery, with an extra fee of 30 Kč (including VAT) shown at checkout. Under the Terms and Conditions we may apply amount limits or exclude the service in high-risk areas. The fee is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or return.

2. Cost transparency

No surcharge for paying by card. Any fees charged by the customer’s bank are not within our control.

3. Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed by providers that meet the PCI-DSS standard. We do not store the full card number on our servers.

4. Authorisation and capture

For card payments, the amount may be authorised when the order is confirmed and captured on confirmation or dispatch, depending on the payment provider’s flow.

5. Invoicing

We issue an invoice according to the applicable regime. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the tax details entered, including the DIČ for B2B.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, where technically possible. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer (SEPA) to the account provided by the customer. The cash on delivery fee 30 Kč is non-refundable.

7. Fraud prevention

We may carry out anti-fraud checks and decline or cancel risky orders. We never request payments outside the official checkout or transfers to personal accounts.
