2. Scope, language, consent
Sales apply only to the Czech Republic. Contract language: Czech. By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. Definitions and eligible customers
“Consumer”: a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activity. “Business” or “B2B”: a customer purchasing for business purposes. We sell to both consumers and businesses with delivery within the Czech Republic. Minimum age 18 years.
4. Products
We sell only lawful physical goods. Images are illustrative. The essential characteristics are stated on the product page.
5. Prices, currency, VAT
Prices are in Kč including VAT. For delivery within the Czech Republic there are no customs duties or import charges.
6. Payments
Accepted methods: card (via Stripe) and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery carries a surcharge of 30 Kč and may be subject to amount limits, identity verification, or refusal in case of fraud risk. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider; we do not store the full card number. Details in Payment.
7. Processing and dispatch
Orders received by 12:00: handed to the carrier the same business day. After 12:00: the next business day. GLS carrier, delivery within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Timeframes are subject to unforeseeable events and public holidays. The shipping cost is shown at checkout: 79 Kč, free on orders of 1 500 Kč and above. Details in Shipping.
8. Delivery and storage
Delivery attempts, storage, and pickup points depend on the carrier. If delivery fails for reasons on the customer’s side, the parcel may be returned to the warehouse: in that case we refund the price of the products reduced only by the cost of return shipping. Risk passes to the customer upon physical delivery.
9. Statutory right of withdrawal, 14 days (consumers only)
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to info@noleacollective.com with the order number. The refund of the price of the products and the original standard shipping is made within 14 days of notice; we may withhold it until the goods are received or proof of their dispatch is provided. The cost of return is borne by the customer. A reduction in value from use beyond inspection may be charged. Categories for which the law does not permit withdrawal remain excluded. 10. Commercial returns policy, 100 days (consumers only)
Within 100 days of delivery you may request a return on a change-of-mind basis, with products intact and resalable, including packaging and accessories. The cost of return is borne by the customer. Return address: GOIT d.o.o., Cesta 25 Junija 59, 5000 Nova Gorica, Slovenia.
11. Complaints and returns
Complaints to info@noleacollective.com or to the seller’s address. Returns to the address under article 10. Any changes will be published before purchase.
12. Warranty
For consumers in the Czech Republic, a statutory guarantee of quality of 2 years applies under the Civil Code. For businesses, the statutory guarantee applies, usually 12 months unless agreed otherwise. Wear and tear, improper use, and accidental damage are excluded. Details in Warranty.
13. Promotions and discounts
Seasonal discounts and campaigns may be offered. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined or exchanged for cash and may have limits and validity periods.
14. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available in the Czech Republic with a fixed surcharge, subject to possible local exceptions and amount limits, as stated in article 6.
15. Use of the site and advertising compliance
Abuse, fraud, scraping, and unauthorized use of content are prohibited. Our communications comply with Czech and European regulations. Misleading or unverifiable claims are prohibited. User-generated content may be moderated or removed if it is unlawful or misleading.
16. Intellectual property
“Nolea” and the site content belong to Starbrand Group s.r.o. or to licensing third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

18. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR and ODR)
For consumers, the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). The European ODR platform for online dispute resolution is also available.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Czech Republic applies, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague. The inalienable rights of the consumer remain unaffected.
20. Invoicing
We issue VAT invoices under the applicable regime. For B2B, correct tax details must be entered at checkout.
21. Protection of personal data and cookies
The processing of data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which are an integral part of these terms.
22. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after publication.
B2B and B2C clarification
The rights under articles 9 and 10 are reserved for consumers and are excluded for businesses. The other provisions apply to both groups, unless stated otherwise.
